Depends what you want. I do lots of cardio then lift. Upper mon, wed, fri. Legs tues, thurs. I do core stuff like abs everyday.

I can't really tell you a routine for lifting because everyones muscles are diff.

We keep ours at 70 this time a year. Both Nicole and Jasmine get cold easily so I gotta keep the house comfy for them.

I'm sure you read enough up on what is going on.

My thoughts were to learn everything I can. My dad taught me a lot and I grew on it. It's become a passion to figure out how things work and how to make cars meaner, faster and be able to say that I did the work myself.

However, if you work 50 hours a week and have a significant other and such. I wouldn't have time either lol

Oh yeah since I joined this site and bought the car I've read many DIY threads just in case I ever got the itch. I'm sure I could do it as long as I'm patient and take my time, but time is the key word and I don't seem to have a lot of it.

I'd definitely want someone there with me that's done engine work before just in case.

use the internet to your advantage. Know how to tell good advice and info from bad though.

It's how I learned a lot. That an common sense.

The coil mounts on my engine. Was me being creative and using common sense.

I knew that would be cooler temperature wise and looks wise there.. So I fabbed something up. They stay roughly 80 degrees cooler there. And look aggressive to me.

If I go SC.. I'll have to custom do something again.

Engines are simple.

Suck, Bang, Blow

meaning.. They need three things to run. Fuel, Air, Spark.

Putting them together takes care, patience and steady hands.

The 351w I built is running strong.. 11:1 compression and carb'd... not good in winter however.

Welcome to my world. It sucks when people ask me what I think is wrong with their cars because sometimes I have no clue where to start. I'm more into the corporate/sales side of things, not the maintenance side.
