Thanks, BB! I appreciate your and everyone's help. Forgot to mention I'm a guy - Catharine is the car's name. Not sure if it matters here - just want to lose the weight and keep it off!

Go girl, I've gotten to where I love working out at home now, no waisting gas and time getting there when you have everything right there at home! And if the gym has a machine I need I can usually find the same workout with resistance bands or using the body ball!

Ok so I go into the lunch room at work today and what's on the table - 5 pizzas in boxes! And do they ever smell good!

Must have been left over from a meeting. Lots of different toppings. It was all I could do to say Noooo! So I ate one pepperoni. Yes that's it, no pizza just took one of the pepperoni slices. If it weren't for this forum I would have said, "looks like lunch!" and had at least 1 or 2 pizza slices. Instead I had the pea soup and lo-cal pudding snack that I brought from home. It feels good to be good!

Down another pound to 177 on weigh-in this morning.

Started with a registered Dietician/Nutrionist who actually accepted my medical. Ahe showed me the proper way to structure meals and how to change my habits and creat new ones. It is more like a behavioral diet. Also explained protioning rationally without a scale. I also am using an App for my iphone called My Fitness Pal. it helps me track calories and puts me on realistic goal and as I lose it adjusts the intake. It is a calorie counter/diary and also accounts for excercise. After a pretty good holiday season I am back on track and down 13lbs overall. Still have a way to go but I think I have something that works.
Good luck to everyone!

I had a good snow day yesterday. I worked out for a couple of hours with my weights. It felt good afterword having my muscles pumped. Then I cooked up some chicken tenderloins & made healthy sandwiches to microwave for lunches at work. They turned out great. I just rubbed them in a bit of EVOO (as Rachael Ray would say-olive oil) & lemon pepper. Then baked them in a covered casserole dish. I cut them up & put them on thin whole wheat sandwich rounds spread with a bit of dijon mustard, added red, yellow, orange & green pepper strips & a 1/2 slice of low fat mozerella cheese. I wrapped them in waxed paper (for microwaving) then placed them in freezer bags & froze them. They will be easy to grab & go in the mornings.

And that's how you make fast food. Very healthy ,well constructed and sounds delicious as well.
