you can video tape them doing things they shouldn't be doing (like driving). I mean it's one thing that they take some sick days off but unless they have some sort of serious disease, there is no reason to be off work that long.

Ok, this will be one of those situations I think about for days and I'm not even a part of it. There are sooooooo many red flags going up when I'm reading this that I'm very very concerned. I would hate to say it, but I'm gonna have to agree. They may try to bite you in the ass on this one. You should probably attain a lwayer and at least get some advise from them. a couple hundred bucks an hour could save you a ton of headaches in the future...

I said ok well Ill let you have it for 25 a month. ( which I thought was cheap.) When she came down to bring me the key and said all that other stuff she said that she thought it was sh!tty that I was charging them for the storage room that I should let them have it for nothing. I couldn't believe that. Why do people think I owe them something all the time. I dont get it. I do try to help people out. and my wife tells me I let people walk over me. I try to be nice but it just doesn't pay to be nice.

Sounds like they need to grow up and wake up to the real F'n world. Cause sh!t is not free...

I was thinking they were going to try to say they hurt theirself at work. Which If I am correct they wouldn't be able to do that because they did not tell me anything. First it was a "stomach virus" and then something wrong with their back and then this eve its something with their arm too....? I hope that its not going to get to the point of me needing a lawyer.. I can't afford anything extra right now.....

I talked with a sheriff deputy tonight... They said that if I wanted them out I could write a letter stating they had X amount of days to vacate. And to send it registered. And if they did not then to go down to the sheriffs dept and pay 12 bucks for them to serve them with an eviction notice.

Yes the apartments are over the store.... There was 3 but 2 of them I turned into one because I need the extra space for the kids... and they live in the other one.
