I never understand why people always say i wish they would have waited to break up with me or why now. If someone is unhappy and has been for a long time and is getting stressed out about it the best time is whenever they want too cause why drag it out and make it worse. If she waited two more weeks then there would be a thread here about ur girl breaking up with a week after ur bday and a couple days after Xmas. But its prolly for the best im sure u had to have signs of a not as happy gf.

I live by this motto or saying: there's other fish in the sea. Once you get that in your head, your life will become better. I'm married. Been married for 8 years. Me and my wife have been on and off for 18 or so years. When she starts talking about leaving, I just say go. If that's what she wants....I'm not going to stop her. Because if she truly wants to be with me, she'll stay. And she has. You have to be willing to let go and start over. You need to get yourself some serious pride. Be head strong. Know that it's not the end of the world if you and the girl you think is "it" split up. Everything happens for a reason. Just move on. Maybe she is confused. Women are like that. She may just need some time to see if she misses you. If she does, she'll come back. Don't take her back right away. Make her work for it. She may be worth taking back. But then again maybe not. Only you can decide that. Good luck.
