It's different for everyone what works for me being a girl may not be enough for you but I would cut out bread except for maybe with breakfast, lots of chicken and turkey, veggies and fruit. If anything go see a dietician. They can make you a kick ass customized diet. Or google clean eating.

Its really just a matter of finding out what the calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat and vitamin content of the foods you are eating. Find out what you're burning daily with all the running and lifting, then go from there.

If your job will pay for it then go!! It's so worth it!! My sister is a dietician!! She is so helpful to me I can't even explain. But they walk you through what you normally eat your workouts and where you wanna be. Then come up with what you do and don't need to eat some will even give you recipes.

I'll say you probably weigh 165-175 right now. The base metabolism for an adult male at 150 pounds who does no exercise is about 2,000 calories a day. Considering you run close to 4 miles now basically everyday and lift I would say you burn an additional 500 from running and maybe another 100 from lifting. So give or take on a day where you don't exercise you should be burning 2,000-2,200 calories a day and days where you do exercise its between 2,600-2,800 a day.
