the LSX series engines can be swapped to a carb fairly easily, FI right out of the box the LSX454 is 620hp I believe..... carb'd its around the same HP.... but about 50 more ft lbs of torque. Put on a 102mm throttle body and intake manifold and some long tubes and it would probably be well over 700hp....... add in some ported heads and a cam, you could be near 775-800 and still get north of 20mpg...... I've seen a LSX454 with a TVS2300..... those could get 900-950 reliably, and get about 13-15mpg
Now that would be awesome. need t o get those 29.5x15.5 tires spinning

The tq on my dads car is nuts. They transmission guy that drove iy couldnt believe it was only a 409

so the blackberry is supposed to do this and you had to do it, overtime
