but, you MUST do this.... Ask the officer what happened when he talked to him. FOLLOW UP. Sometimes officers say they will talk to someone and if they couldn't get a hold of them, it gets put on the back burner and won't get done. Follow through! Call the officer back and ask what the outcome of the situation was. You NEED to know.

The problem I see is that you want to avoid her...yet you dropped some chick off at her house...directly in front of the crazy ex's house....then you replied to her text messages soon thereafter.

If you knew where she lived, why would you antagonize a situation you repeatedly stated here you wished to cease?

Making no excuse for the boyfriends behavior, her friends behavior...or her behavior...BUT there is always the "other side" of the story....what you said to her, how you replied in text...etc. This is relayed to her friends and boyfriend...and if not the truth, they will become pissed (unjustly due to her lying to them) and get the BF unjustly pissed off. Both of you handled this wrong IMO. Call it learning in progress..Tag gave you some good advice which, as an LEO myself with 23 years, I wont belabor, but follow his advice, refrain from emotion because that emotion will be the factor that will get you in trouble.
