Wow... No way in hell you were stopped by Winter Springs and let go with a warning? Seminole County, maybe?.... You must have gotten someone who was about to go home or was a rookie. Then again, maybe the night guys arent as brutal as the day walkers...

I suggest you get your ass on a plane right now... fly to Vegas, run into a Casino, and dump 10k into the first slot machine you see...

+1 Vegas baby!

Yeah it could have even been in Oviedo, Casselberry, or Sanford. All are right there in the same area basically. No tellin where his favorite drinking place is. But he should def consider him self lucky.

I had a few drinks with the OP in Casselberry awhile back so for those of you who are or will bash on him I can tell you he is good guy. He isn't some young idiot living life on the edge constantly. He has his head on straight. And there is no way for you guys can know if he was over or under the legal BAC level.

I wont name call you. But it wasnt wise to drive not sober for any instant. Please man...think of the risks, the lives u can hurt, and your car, job etc. I myself I taken chances. And ll the chances vary. All i can say as a man with a badge is "please please ..ask yourself do u really have to drive ...if you Dont absolutely have to drive, then wait, get well or ask someone else to do the task.

More details on that pictures for those interested.

As far as the others, though they may not be far from the truth, it's possible your 4 beers came in the first 2 hours....or not. Point is, only you know what your BAC was, and it did sound like you were worried he'd cite you.

My previous posts are meant for anyone that is drinking and driving (over the BAC limit)...so if that included you...so be it. If not, take it for what it's worth. Drinking and driving, especially when you have a kid, is the worst thing you can do for your kid. I'm sure you want her to have a father, nor be imprisoned for manslaughter...

I'm really amazed you weren't ticketed, there usually are no exceptions here. I have a friend who is a captain there but it still wouldn't help.

In a lot of states, you can get arrested for having any intoxicants in your system, even one beer or glass of wine. Here, if you get into an accident and they determine there is even a drop of alcohol in your system, you can be charged with a serious felony (cant remember if its aggravated assault, or something thats similar).

I think driving a sports car, and a car thats going to be a target to begin with, you gotta be careful w the alcohol. I wont even have a beer at dinner or with friends if I am driving, because of that. Its not hard to go from the speed limit to 10-15 over in just a split distracted second (checking out a woman, adjusting the stereo, etc). And from my many drives to work, ive noticed the motorcycle cops w their radar speed traps seem to have their speed guns drawn to my car in a crowd full of others.

What in the world are you talking about?

All 50 states and the District of Columbia have per se laws defining it as a crime to drive with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) at or above a proscribed level, usually 0.08 percent.
I can have two 6 oz. glasses of Merlot over a one hour dinner at a restaurant and at 240 pounds, I will blow .01 BAC. Some of you guys need to get a grip.

Yes Sir Brantley, 10pm mid shift. No rookie, and spotted and passed the Supervisor going 10 over. WSPD is not, as a norm to cut any one loose. However it was the power of Hypnotism of the CAMARO. The night skies have a permant glow of blue here as you and everyone else who drives on SR 434. Not to boast about the behavior. I am just one that was cut loose. (for SPEEDING) not DUI. 10mph is up to the LEO's discrection right?

re. Vegas.........would not want gamble my MOD $$$$. Unless you want to invest, we can split it for MODS.

................@ 6'2" and 320lbs. 4 beers and dinner over a 3 1/2 hour time frame, and well over 40 years old; there are some pretty hard words here. I can not believe that the story changes from reader to reader. My daughter was at her mothers (the X) for a few hours. There was no way she was in any danger. Thank God I have extra thick skin.

If I was to drunk to drive or even tipsy, I guarantee there was a hole bar of people that would have volunteered to drive the CAMARO. Just kidding.

Well I better get back to enjoying a movie and with my ever so abused and neglected daughter.

I hope everyone has a Great Week.
