What do you think about mixed nuts wth raisins energy mix W/ no salt??
I'm not having any carbs besides salad and a few Veggies, and fat free Italian dressing...

try and stick with almonds and raisins if you can. how much sodium in that fat free italian? really watch that salt intake. You can push it hard here for a couple days if you can time it to flush it out.

OK I'll make sure I only use tad bit of dressing just to give a little flavor,

and my second round of 45 min. cardio on my stairclimber is complete!!!

The pictures look great, and you look awesome & beautiful, those others have nothing on you.

I guess this competion is about muscle definition, but I wish it didn't centre on just that.
I think you look a whole lot better than the others, you look more, how can I say this?, real to life.

And I'm not beating myself up over it, it just let me know what I neeeded to do for next weekend! And I have hit the cardio twice a day without fail!

OK Hank (hrpiii), its been 2 weeks of 45 min. cardio twice a day
diet stayed super clean and Saturday is the day!

Bonnie, I decided to check in and keep reading you doing 45 minute cardio sometimes twice a day. If I do 3 sets of push ups and sit ups everyday I think it's productive Keep up the good work!!
