Thanks but the other ladies were leaner and it showed their muscle definition better! I was a bit soft compared to them! But I plan on nipping that in the bud the next week a half for my next comp!

I eat pretty clean for the most part generally but I do have a cheat day in the offseason where I eat some of the junk hrpiii mentioned.....
