apparently it does... everyone wanted casey put to death the state spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make that happen but they could not do it. so apparently it does matter. you would think someone as stupid as casey she would have left some kind of link they could have found to pin her to this murder. there is no doubt the prosecutors gave it their all for 3 years to find anything they could.

Pererson case is different than this case, and the Simpson case is different than both of those.
Double Yay!

Poorsmancamaro if they have proved it was murder then why the hell wasn't they able to prove it again in court. It's not rocket science the police department speculated what they thought was murder but NEVER had any REAL EVIDENCE to back up that claim, otherwise the STATE would have had the same PROOF you cliam the police had and would have won.

Quit acting like you know more then everyone else when NO ONE knows hence why reasonable doubt couldn't be proved. LOL

I'm not acting like anything. just stating the facts. The investigators determined it was a homicide. Casey was found not guilty because the state couldn't prove Casey did it. That does not mean there was no murder...

i think finding duct tape, plastic bags, and laundry bags that were at the scene of the crime, and at the home of casey a pretty good bit of evidence. sure, could be coincidence to have one or two of those things, but everything? also, casey lying in her report, buying time, and the body not being discovered until 3 years later helped eliminate important evidence.

And your the everybit common folk they don't allow to sit on jury because you make up your own mind without any regards to proof of a crime being committed let along being able to prove why you are right.

If all this was so true and easy to do as you say then I see no problem that a professional that does these things for a living couldn't get a gulity verdict then, but hey I guess the guy watching the new reports knows more and a better way to do that job.

I think you might want to recheck you facts there. The body was found 6 months after not 3 years later. Also the only person to blame for the body not being found is the police, like I have said 10 times.

On a positive note, there is talk about passing a new law called the Cayle Law making it a felony to not report your child missing.
