Body Solid Squats: 3x15 reps 81 lbs.
TRX-Chest Press: 3x15
Step Ups: each leg 3x10 20lb DB
Standing 1-Arm Shoulder Press: 3x15 20 lb Kettle bell
Leg Extentions: 20,15,12 reps 90, 100, 110 lbs.
Ball Crunches: 3x15 holding 10 lb. ball
Tricep Bench Dip: 15,12,10 reps 35lbs.
Vertical leg raise: 3x15
Kettleball Calf Raise: 15,12,10 reps 25lbs.

Cardio: spead walk on treadmill 15 min. then Hopped on the excersize bike for another 30 min. total of 45 min.

Workouts Yesterday:



3x

DB Walk Lunge (Each Leg) 12,10,8 reps 15,17.5,20 lbs.
V-grip pull down: 12,10,8 reps 70,70,75 lbs.
Ball reverse extentions: 3x15
Cable Stand 1-Arm Row(palm up): 12,10,8 reps 3x75 lbs.
Dumbell Bicep Curl: 15,12,10 reps. 12.5,15,15 lbs.
Ball leg curls: 3x15
Wood Choppers: 3x10 reps 3x45 lbs.
standing leg curl: 12,10,8 reps. 3x45 lbs.
Lying Leg raises: 3x15 lbs. 55 lbs.

Cardio: Eliptimill, 30 min.


Just keepin on and on and not losing focus, I'm getting tighter and tighter my last pics got me really excited, Can't wait to keep this up and Rockit on stage!! WOOT!!!! Gonna do my workouts with my resistance bands tonight and tomorrow is cardio and my full body circuit again! Hope everyone has an awesome humpday!

Looking good Bonnie. I bet you put some of those 20 year old gals to shame in this competition.

45 minutes of cardio.....whew! I thought I was doing good at 40 mins!

I did P90X plyo last night 600+calories burnt (i dont have my journel in front of me in the car), net calories for the day right at 1000, and that was with a brownie.

I can't wait to see your competition pics!! Dude my resistance bands are my favorite. Mount them up on the door. I'm using 30-35lbs for the arms and back stuff for 90X now. Feel super buff.

Just be glad you have a booty, I dont, I'm just all boob hahaha.

I'm taking them with me to my competition and doing some quick workouts before I get on stage. hopefully that'll help dem muscles popity pop! And girl, anyone can have a nice booty, lunges and squats baby! I've had to reduce mine and sounds like you are building yours!

Thats a good idea, taking your bands. Dude I am a lunging and squat queen. Those are my favorite!! It just makes my thighs grow haha.
