Most people don't have the discipline it takes to avoid the crappy food. Eating healthy really isn't all that fun haha.

You can make healthy food taste good, it just takes quite a bit of effort. Personally, I just chose not to eat for taste and just gobble it down as quick as I can and get it over with. Lots of chicken and tuna and I'm tired of both but it is what it is.

I allow myself two cheat meals a week where I can actually like what I'm eating to make up for it. For example, I'm having Papa John's thin crust supreme pizza Saturday night and I can't wait LOL!

Works for me.

Ok, I'll get with it before I need to buy bigger clothes AGAIN. I've been on several successful diets through out my life and each time after a few months I gain back the weight and then some. In July 2009 I got up to 243 lbs and got down to 172lbs by May of 2010. I am now 205lbs. I did good with Adkins in the past. I can no longer jog because I messed up my knee last year so . Diets are so hard when you love food like I do.
