wholey crap! wonder what the pay scale is like there. lol

I'm also waiting on a buddy to buy his first house. he's still looking. but he said i can live with him and pay rent. which would be great, because i really want a garage, and he's looking for a place with a pool. Not sure how long it'll take him though.

Haha, I've been eating a lot of ramen between rent and student loan payments.

I FINALLY got a decent raise after two years of pay freeze at work. I'm stoked, I can actually put money in savings AND have a few bucks left over to play with after bills and stuff. It's been a long, long time since I've been able to do that. In fact, I might just be able to pay down the '02 and move up to a newer model...

Rent is high here too. I was lucky and got a manageable $1,500/month house payment thanks to a decent up front payment and reasonable interest rate. My house is just a 2BR, 2.5BA with approx. 1,440 Sq Ft.

Congrats Brando on the raise!! What newer model are you thinking of??

That's a pretty large 2 bd house. my house i just left was 3bd 2ba at 1366sq ft. cost was 2k a month. total was 258k. it's approx worth about 70k now...
