Hi everyone, good to see everyone doing good and sticking with it, great progress pics Speedy and Bonnie. I have been doing good and keeping up with my workouts, not with my posting, just been to damn busy, that's the way it is in a motorcycle shop in the summer.

Ugh, tell me about it. I just ate 5oz of cold tuna that I forgot to take out of the fridge to warm up to room temp. YUCK. I'm sick of tuna.

I ate my cheat meal last night. 4 pieces of pizza....man I felt like superman at the gym this morning with all those carbs hahaha. I had forgotten what it felt like to have stamina!

So I had Yoga X yesterday... the first 45 minutes suck so bad!! My legs and arms were killing me. But after that it got a little better. I did the crow for all of a second or two lol. I really liked it. HRM says I burnt 310 calories, and today I woke up sore all over. Joy. lol.

I allow two cheat meals a week. When you carb deplete you need to charge up a couple of times a week or you just crash. I try to have those cheats before big workout days, like Sundays before I do chest and biceps on Monday or on Thursdays before I do legs on Friday.

I've been monitoring my BF% all week and it just WILL NOT drop anymore it seems. Some days it'll be 7.5% some days it'll be 8.3% but I can't get it to consistently settle in the 7% range GRRRRRR.

Starting today I'm gonna go hard core. KETO here I come for the next couple of weeks and see what that does. I'll be eating less than 50 carbs a day except for my two cheat meal days. I'll be adding in about 100gr of protein to my diet at the same time.

Macro nutrient ratios will be something like 50/40/10 - 50% protein 40% healthy fats, 10% carbs.

Today was Legs and Triceps.

HS Hack Squat - 135/225/225/225 - 10/10/10/10
HS Leg Press - 545/545/545 - 8/8/8 (deep knees to chest)
HS Seated Leg Press - 300/300/300 8/7/6
HS Leg Press Calve Raise - 315/315/315 - 15/15/15
Super Nose Breaker - 90/90/90 10/10/10
Cable Rope Tri Extension - 80/90/100 - 10/10/8
Body Weight Dips - 25/25/25

Elliptical 40 minutes high intensity (160+ heart rate)

I love that high intensity cardio sometimes.....endorphins gooooooood.

Ok now I need some help. I'm burned out on hard boiled eggs and yogurt. I eat these in the afternoon about 3pm to keep a steady flow of protein throughout the day. What would be a good replacement? I was thinking maybe beef jerky but wondered about all the sodium?

I need something for that snack that's got decent protein content and quick.

Suggestions?
