Day 2 of P90X - Plyometrics! Not as bad as I expected it to be! Insanity really prepared me for that particular workout! I'm pretty stoked though, loving the program so far!

Okay, you guys are pretty much too hard core for me. But I'm still working. I have lost around 35 lbs now. I bought ny first 2 piece swimsuit in like 20 years or so. This past weekend my neon white tummy saw the light of day for the first time in as many years & just added a bit of pink to the neon white. Just give me a little while longer to lose a few more lbs & darken the neon to below blinding level and I will get brave enough to post pics. Mind you I will still be 50something & not a youngster like you guys.

Glad you are enjoying P90X! I believe if you enjoy your workouts you will be more likely to stick with them!

Everyone of us has different goals and a different methodology of attaining that goal. Don't worry about anyone else being too "hard core"...35 pounds lost is a great achievement!! Celebrate YOUR success and we will celebrate with you!! But we do appreciate your efforts in not blinding us with your neon whiteness!!! LoL!!

WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!! I am SO EXCITED!!!!!!!

I am finally able to do the Crow Pose...even if only for a few seconds!!! One of my goals was to be able to do this yoga pose!!! Now I just gotta work on being able to hold it for a little longer!!!

Also have been working on being able to do this one...have almost gotten it a few times, but I always fall backwards...surprised my butt bones aren't bruised!! LoL!!
