Wow, the V6 is a surprise. I thought it was only going to be a low volume V8. I guess they can expand the line if they are killing the Magnum

Wow, the V6 only comes with a 4 speed automatic. They really want people to step up to the R/T and SRT8 now don't they? The rest of the trim lines and engine choices are logical though. Well I guess now GM will have a little more to go off of when finalizing engine choices.

Keep in mind the first years production will only be 5500ish units and they will ALL be SRT8 Automatics. The other models will come on line later Jan 2009+

Just the fact that is says Unofficial on it makes it worthless, someone is guessing.

wow, thats surprising that they will offer a V6. I wonder how much power the 3.5 makes. I think the camaro is better with the transmission choices because standard auto on the challenger is a 4 speed and 6 speed on the camaro. good find

Well i just found on the charger, the 3.5 has 250 hp and 250 lb/ft if anyone is wondering

That Challenger is a pretty nice looking car. I actually like the look of the production model (assuming those photo's are accurate) better than the concept.

It really is going to be cool to see Camaro's, Challenger's, and Mustang's out there, roaming the streets together once again.

ive seen that pic of it unveiled. dodge made them take it off the web sight. it looks exactly like the concept whats the big deal about covering it up. i dont notice anything different unless the back lights are.

Only a 4 speed auto for the V6? Fail
And making more power through more displacement isn't exactly in style now. Fail.

Overall, I think Dodge is going about this all wrong. The S.S. Chrysler is sinking very fast.

im all for more displacement rather than throwing a blower on. ill take a 7.0 over a s/c 6.2 any day. then that frees me up to do whatever blower i so chose.
