Where did you pull 2015 from? They are concept sketches of the 2010 GT500 not the 2015 Mustang.

yes but if you just look at some of them......it could indicate what he and his team are thinking down the road.

because i would say its almost certain that mustang will be all new in 2015. Usually they go 10 years with the same concept and then totally change

I wouldn't mind a front wheel drive muscle car, you realize how insane RWD is on icy roads? god I hate that.

Anyways back to the topic, if those were 2010 sketches then I'm horribly dissapointed in the result. the 05 stangs are way better, 2010 sucks. Maybe with some body mods it can be made decent, but stock they suck in style.

I hope the 2012s are like those fakes or supposed spyshots with the doors that open upwards. That car was nice.

ok if anythone thinks mustang will EVER DISAPEAR you are stupid. Ford is not GM. We dont axe one of our most popular cars because we can take the heat of competition. GM waved a white flag in 2002 or whatever year it was camaro was discont.

the stupidest move GM ever made. I had 3 GM loyalist friends who to this day will not buy a GM because of that move. yanno what car they all drive? Mustang GT. Mustang v6 and a GT 500.

the mustang has been constant since its inception......and that wont change.

I like the style, but it doesn't look like a Mustang. I'd rather see these styles applied to the Focus.

it depends on what sketch your talking about. some very much look like stangs. some dont

well you cant make it look the exact same. "retro" is starting to slowly go away......people are gonna start wanting future looking cars again.

While I do agree that FORD will most likely not kill the Mustang, I do think that the government will do that for them. Come 2015, instead of the 400+ hp V8, rear wheel drive that we know today, we will be looking at turbo/super charged V4 and V6's with front wheel drive cars to save on MPG.

My point was that you can't predict many products 5 years into the future. Is the Mustang likely to disappear? No. Could it become a turbocharged fwd? Possibly. It wouldn't be the first time Ford toyed with the idea of making the ponycar fwd, GM did the same thing at the same time too.
