Here you go. I have used this program and alternate it with a 3-day split after the 12 weeks and found it to be excellent. If you decide to use it follow it as closely as possible and run it's course, I think you will like the results.

I think she's in a position where she can't cook right now, if carbs have been reduced and you must eat salads you could throw some kidney, garbanzo or black beans on your salads, this will increase protein and carbs. Oatmeal and brown rice in my opinion are two of the best options if you can cook. Also you can add raw oatmeal to protein shakes and make them more of a meal replacement.

Reduced my meds = Awesomeness!
I've been in a holding pattern this week. Only doing light cardio.
![]() After losing 11 pounds in 12 days, I was able to reduce the daily dose of one of my anti-vertigo medications in half. Which is freaking AWESOME! ![]() But my neurologist and family M.D. asked that I put P90X on hold for a week and let my brain adjust to the different chemical balance... and see if it holds. And so far it has! So on Sunday I'll be starting up P90X again! (Round 1.5 ) What I found encouraging is that the neurologists at the Vertigo Clinic here in Calgary have asked for a P90X poster to put up in their waiting room.

Had measurements taken last night by my trainer. GONE: 1/2 inch in my neck, 3 inches in my waist, 1 in my thigh and 1/2 in my calf! Screw the scale, I'm making freakin' progress! And that was with about 50% effort! I'm more determined than ever now to give it 100% to see what this old body can do! GOOOO ME!
