It'd be a flat trade considering the condition of both vehicles. I have no idea how many miles are on the trans and engine but I'm going to check into it this morning/afternoon. As for an LS drop I may do a 5.3 vortec block bored to 327ci instead and beef the trans.

Keep her light and moderately powerful but a good all around driver. I'm not gonna monster motor it if I wind up getting it.
