It's 44 right now. I'm actually thinking of buying driving gloves. The leather and aluminum steering wheel is not good on the hands when it's this cold.

If all goes well with the weather and my flight out of here tomorrow, I should be back in VA late tomorrow night. Cross your fingers for me!

I can't wait to use the heated seats for days like today....all nice and toasty.

The wife and I went out tonight for some dinner and a movie and it would have been fun to take my car. It was getting so darn cold we took her SUV since it had the heated seats. LOVE the heated seats!

Those heated seats are even good here, they make my back feel better anytime of the year.

Man you've been in the bay for a while and didn't notify me? bah. I'm just leaving work from SF now to head home. We should have gotten a drink or something. Have a safe flight home.

Have a safe flight, pete!

Current temp here: 14. Not counting wind chill, of course.

Man, that sucks. Well, I am sure I will be back out here again. I will remember to give more of a warning!

Thank man! Stay warm. Supposed to be cold, snowing and ugly at home so I will be feeling your pain soon. Wish I had heated seats.

needing heated seats when its in the 30's? I thought Texans were supposed to be tough? Its an average January day here and its about 25. When it gets really cold its about 5 degrees. But its a 'wet' cold too, it will suck the heat right out of you. But head out to the plains and it can be -5 F for a month.

Indiana is getting a little snow today. Took me fifteen minutes to clean off my car only to realize that it wouldn't make it past the snow infront of it. So I started cleaning off the Blazer, and I eventually got to work. I hate snow.

Oh, and speed week starts with the the Bud shoot on Feb 7. Unless you wanted to watch the Koni Challenge and Rolex 24 races

Add another change to remember: Craftsman Trucks are now Camping World Truck Series.
And I knew that too, just lost track...too much football or maybe too many Cup name changes. I too didn't associate Winston Cup with ciggarettes until I got older. Ah, innocence. Thanks for the info. guys.

Needless to say, I feel like crap right now. I tried to log on last night (cuz I am addicted to you people) and the hotel Internet was all f-ed up. Either that or I was too drunk to figure out some basic computing skills which is also highly possible. Now I have to go back to some more meetings and back to that Irish bar. Be prepared for some late night drunken messages from me later!
Oooh, meetings, so much fun. But at least you get to party afterward....at the company's expense? Knock 'em dead, Pete!
