Livonia is just outside the D (detroit). I can see GM headquarters from my office so I'd guess about 15 miles. There's a Livonia, Louisiana too I guess.

Not yet, I just received some inside info that they are still deciding. Apparently they are taking their sweet time, all the while I need the money.

Here I am, finally. I was in meetings all freaking day yesterday and then went straight from the meetings to dinner to an Irish bar in San Fran to a diner at 1 am and finally made it into my room sometime after 2 am (that's 5 am my time!). Needless to say, I feel like crap right now. I tried to log on last night (cuz I am addicted to you people) and the hotel Internet was all f-ed up. Either that or I was too drunk to figure out some basic computing skills which is also highly possible. Now I have to go back to some more meetings and back to that Irish bar. Be prepared for some late night drunken messages from me later!

Yeah, we are having our annual sales conference out here in San Fran. And I believe you can blame a certain someone for that avatar (to remain nameless). Wrong again. Its now the Sprint Cup Series (the Busch Series is now the Nationwide Series, Craftsman is still Craftsman . . . for now). I knew that going to a telecom company wouldn't make for a lasting sponsorship. Funny little tidbit, when I was growing up I didn't even know that winston made cigarettes. I just figured that was the name of the trophy, like the Grey Cup, the Stanley Cup, etc.

Oh, and speed week starts with the the Bud shoot on Feb 7. Unless you wanted to watch the Koni Challenge and Rolex 24 races
