Visit the national parks in the summer, where people like that rent bus-chassis RV's for the week. The driving is as good as the scenery.

In Paris I watched a woman get in her car, back up untill the car behind her hit the car behind it, pull forward untill the car ahead of her hit the car ahead of it, back up again and pull out. The waiter at the bar we were at said that it was normal to do that. I guess owning a new car without dings in European cities is a first day only experience.
