I suggest a clean 1964 chevy II....6 cylinder of course. Great car to start of with. Easy to wrench on, easy to customize.

Once again i do not car about horse power. And to all those who think oh my what a spoiled boy. Well my parents made me a deal if i didnt act up at all and made straight a's they get me a car. I held up my end of the deal.

it doesn't matter what your first car is...you will remember what it was and remember fondly about it. Mine was a 1987 Buick Park Ave pushing close to 300K miles...I loved it, it was a set of wheels.

if you do not care about hp get a honda accord or Hyundai genesis coupe. Cheap cars, great looking, and and cheap to maintain

If in fact cfa916667 is a troll, the quickest way to kill the thread is to respond favorably (whether you want to or not) and kill the interest. Trolls feed off stirring the pot. So what color you thinking about?

That's some deal...all I got for getting A's in high school was a pat on the back and a "Don't screw this up next year".

Similar deal for me, but my parents LOANED me the money to buy a work truck from my stepdad's business. I paid for it myself and I loved every second of that thing.
