They did a bunch more things tonight and want me to see how it goes for a few days. They are going to call me back on sunday night. One thing I will say, the more I deal with them the happier I am with deal. Other than sending a kid that is still in school(although I don't even know if that's a bad thing) to rebuild it ,their service has been top notch.
Good to see progress! the power button issue is a bit odd, that I will say. that's been happening from the beginning? could be a bad switch, or circuit board at the switch.

Yeah that's been since day one. And, it only seems to happen if the computer sits for extended times. I did have to eat crow on the other problem. I feel like an ass that it was my apc backup that was causing the computer to reboot on it's own.

Thats backwards for me, because of the shut downs I got a APC backup but turned out the be the PS [had thought the summer time frequent 10sec brown outs was pissing it off.]

Well guys, they're finally giving me a whole new computer. I started having trouble again so sunday night they said they were sending me a new one. I guess we'll see how that one works. Thanks for your input on the problem.
