I love Texas, I'll be in west Texas to visit my family either way. I've never been to the north of the country but I here it's a bore to drive through the midwest and that's where I'd have to drive through.

Texas is sounding good. But I think we need to find a nice small town that would all of a sudden be overwelmed with all these cool people with awesome cars taking over their town for a weekend.

I think Virginia is way better. You car would be beaten by the dust and sun in Texas. There are mountains with lots of windy roads so we can test our handling out. It's warm, but not too warm. I don't have to put many miles on my car to get there. Uh em, forget I typed that last one.

How about Oshawa/Toronto? A home-comming for the cars?

Texas sounds good for the Big '5 gathering.
For a west coast gathering I don't think you can do better the Oregon in the summer. after a get together then a nice cruise down the historic Columbia river highway ending at Multnomah falls for a big group photo op.
(trivia fact: 620ft high, second tallest year round waterfall in the nation.)
