The auto should be doing this with nothing but a tire according to a lot of people. This trap speed has supposedly been accomplished when stock.

The camaro has gone 11.7-11.8 with these same mods on several occasions. (lg's car and two people on this website, from 114-118mph)

Why is everyone so surprised etc? Why would one be surprised if it outran the L99 with similar mods when it is down 30hp from the LS3?

NEway....very good runs. Would be even quicker in cooler weather. I just dont understand why some are so surprised. I think the car is capable of mid 11's with these mods. (in most cases a couple tenths ahead of the maro due to weight)

Alright! Obviously I should have deleted that earlier, but I thought we could make it through this. I was wrong. Continue onward with the Camaro mutilating mustang debate. But no more of that conversation. Take it to PM's if you want, but no more of it here.

You missed the point, as he is just showing what the car ran with a combinations of bolt-ons for a reference point. Obviously LS3 hero runs with full bolt ons are faster, and 5.0's with full bolt ons will be even faster.....

What are you talking about Willis? The Mustang has a larger trunk opening and more trunk room than the Camaro....
