Update

No Cobalt SS for me. It was there on the weekend, and I didn't see it on Tuesday.

I agree that it should already be a 12 second car, but as far as i know this car hasnt seen the track yet, and the owner is new to the drag strip.

GM will honor the warranty up to 300HP.
The reason you don't see 12's is a traction issue, ever launch a front wheel drive car with this much power??
How do I know this? I have one

Use to have 2, 05 and 07 but the kid totaled the 07

lol I have a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC... And I completely agree with you....

I was thinking of buying a SS/TC when my lease ends, and then getting the GM LNF Stage 1 tune, down-pipe, CAI, Cat-back, and plenty more mods... But I drove in a friend's SS/TC who has all of this and more, and will after winter have a turbo swap done to his... well with what he has now he was spinning his tires through 2nd gear...

Which is why I decided not to get the Cobalt SS/TC...
