So somebody figures $2 per car is adequate? The cost to repair each car ends up really being the only penalty............................that and the lawsuits they will now lose.

  Seriously, this is good news. It also gives judges involved in Toyota court cases room to judge against Toyota.

Wasn't there a report that said Toyota saved $100M by issuing a limited recall?
