1 big ray of hope, just found out I can send and rec mail though my hosted domains direct, I use to have to funnel them through ATT, why I had so many sub accounts.
Now I don't need to do that, which will get me access to my most important mail but still can't get my email from ATT, even with lvl 2 support here in the US. done sick of calling |

IM guessing the worldnet is their main service and they wanted to boot all the home users off it, to speed up wireless. |

I have a major account with AT&T business. One thing I have learned about them on the home/business side is that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
@Iwant if you do not have and att.net account and you are from a former company such as PacBell/Bellsouth/ (list is a mile long) you will need to migrate over at some point. Edit: If Comcast/Cable provider has Docsis 3 in your area make the jump. I use a 50MB connection at home call Comcast Extreme (use to be ultra). Love it. I had to leave AT&T they made me crazy at work and I was tired of dealing with my DSL issues at home.

CRAP!!!! my email ends in @sbcglobal.net
They haven't told me crap yet, but I do see their at&t.net Mail logo at the top of the screen when I log on...shouldn't I be "safe" already?

Finally, yes finally got access to my email.
They migrated my internet access but never my email. And I could never get anyone who could understand English. All they wanna do is go though my outlook settings when I knew it was on their end. So I waited n waited been waiting since my last post, hoping it would resolve itself till today, kinda had to get fussy with em and demand I get bumped up to the highest lvl of support they got. 3min later it was fixed. They could easily see that the mail was never moved. And they could not only speak English but understand it too ![]() Great Googly Moogly PITA Now I just need them to fix the speed issues. Went from a 1980 crappy 28.8 to 21.6 and yes that kbps, not megs. But I have no other options out here. Though Im just blocks from the lake and a state park....... |
