I actually thought the show was pretty good. Was not overly impressed with the morphing into a pickup, but the show itself was good.

Does anyone have an early 80's model Trans Am? I always thought it would be cool to get one and put the light that goes back and forth on the front of it, just like KITT.

I still think if they had shows featuring 4th generation F-bodies they wouldn't have stopped making them.

I liked the movie last year, but this new show is awful. The original show was about a guy and his car, and occasionally he called in a favor from his friends (Devon, Bonnie/April).
This show is about a guy, his girlfriend, a group of super scientists with an unlimited budget, the FBI, 007 gadgets, his gun (Hoff never needed a gun), an airplane, his car, his super car, and his truck. KITT is supposed to be just at the line of what you can believe technology can do, not the ridiculous/impossible tricks, like somehow fitting a 4 door F150 inside a Mustang, or using a satellite to view a car, in real time, from the front. And don't get me started on the plot holes :(.

I really, really wanted to like the show, but they are making all the mistakes that made Team Knight Rider suck. (BTW, you can watch the abomination that is TKR, free (and legal) at http://www.hulu.com/team-knight-rider)

A satellite view would give a top down view of the car, no front of the car view in high Def... The original show was believable.. This one is simply stupid..
