That simply doesn't make sense to me. While there are many that don't care about it, few called it ugly. More often it was described as bland, boring, blobish, etc. But for all those that didn't like the styling there were an equal number that consider it a very good looking car, well proportioned with clean lines and so on. And I don't know of any that didn't like the performance of the V8 versions, except for those who were upset it was faster than their car of choice.

By the way, it is a Grand Prix. G8 = Grand Prix, 8th generation (its one of two G# cars that actually stood for anything, G6 is the other).

I'm not going to buy into a conspiracy on this though, there are a few timeslips in our own fast list that are missing but Junkie has verified all of them. I trust the same holds true at G8 Boards. If you want to exclude it, go ahead. Or join up at their forum and ask the guy yourself.
Well ok. Chill mayne just seemed weird.

Maybe a little, but a timeslip doesn't prove he was stock anyway. At any rate, if I hadn't gone through our own fast list trying to link the names to their post (and slip) I wouldn't have known stuff like that happens and would probably be pretty suspicious of it myself. But I did, so I'm not. So, does anyone know of another, faster stock time (preferably with a time-slip)?
