They must of reprogrammed them in 2019-2020 because I feel like people who have pulled the fuse in newer cars don't notice a difference at all. Also having the same debate btw. I want to delete the secondary cats because I love the sound but want it a little louder. Also the factory suitcase acts as the rear diffuser.

It definitely closes on track mode. I got mine set in track mode and it closes. How do I know this? Because my npp valves are squeeking

There is no performance benefit so why bother? But later if that if you keep the car and the cat fails then you can just get rid if it.

Red stripes have no performance benefit; why'd you bother?

Agree. Why do people pay for NPP, it’s heavier and provides no performance benefit? Looks cool and sounds better... nothing wrong with mods that hit those categories and may not help performance. (If it hurt performance that’s a different story)

I am thinking about trying to buy a stock non-NPP from someone just becuase I am curious if it is as raspy as the regular exhaust. Biggest problem I have is I like the stainless chrome quad tips, I guess it shouldn't be hard to cut thoes off the NPP and put thoes on the regular exhaust?

Does anyone have any pictures of the regular exhaust? I wonder if its made by the same supplier (Fauccia) or something like that?

Do you know how much heavier it is?

Muffler delete made my car sound much louder and aggressive. No drone.

Did secondary cat delete few days ago, it basically sounds the same just louder. No drone.

I did the muffler delete on mine, I hated the shootgun explosion sound in the mornings, and the high bothering buzzing sound while driving with a cold engine. It didn't last long, after a week I returned it back to stock npp.

I wonder if by deleting the secondary cats it would not rattle or drone.

Im wondering the same but my bet is that it will be about the same as deleting the primary cats.

And if you're into it. It will definitely have a lot more snap, crackle, and pops from the exhaust.
