If it drips approximately the same amount, you have a leak. If it tapers off, may be the result of a sloppy oil change. This kind of drip will disappear pretty quickly after a drive or two. the exhaust muffler will also drop some black water out through it's weep holes that can look like an oil stain on concrete.
