Man you gotta read your labels. There are many good choices out there but here is what I eat, check out the label facts and compare to yours for an idea.

A friend got me these, so I didn't directly purchase them. I'll tell her not to try to help anymore hahaha.

It doesn't show in the picture but it's 7g carbs.

Here is a tip for everyone, whenever choosing dairy products keep this in mind, all dairy products contain sugars naturally (lactose), unless they are fat free they contain saturated fats (defenately avoid these fats) so always look at the ingredients, nowhere should it have sugar if so it's added refined sugar not lactose. If you look at the inredients on the one I posted you will see it contains non fat milk and yogurt cultures nothing else. Most dairy products without added sugars or ingredients are a little bland that's where protein powder kicks in, adds to the flavor and gives that extra needed protein. If you buy it fat free you can add almonds, flax seed or other similar "healthy fats" now you can keep macro-nutrient ratio's correct using the good stuff not man made or arteficial.

Well I found a way to make cottage cheese REALLY good. I chopped up a banana in it and bang it's awesome. I had just been putting pepper in it. I tried dropping some peanut butter in it but that was nasty.

The banana and cottage cheese is the ticket. I'll check the store this weekend for some greek yogurt with better ingredients to mix it up a bit.

I also ordered up a tub of ON Pro Complex Chocolate for my shakes and a tub of ON Pro Complex Vanilla to drop in the yogurt or whatever to keep here at work.

I'm wanting to snack real bad today for some reason. Just ate a pack of cashews and I'm still craving something crunchy and salty UGH.

I'd rather take an ass whippin by a girl in front of my freinds than eat cottage cheese.

Hahaha!! Thats funny. I can't do cottage cheese. Yuck.

Doing good with my P90X. Going to do a final weigh in this Sunday which will be just past my 30 day mark. I have an alright first day pic but I will take a few 30 day pics. This week is the 4th week of P90 so its all yoga, core synergetics and kempo. Excited to get back to weights next week. Going to get a chin up bar to put in my room and i'm going to try to start doing a few pull ups a day after workouts. Use the bands with the door mount during the workouts (using 30lbs now).
