Look for this icon next to a thread it shows that the thread is closed.

Also inside the thread at the top and bottom you see this icon where the "Post Reply" button would normally be.



It's hard to see sometimes and I've done the same thing.

Some have asked us to just delete closed threads. but in most cases there is good information in the thread so we close it so you can still search for it...

This is typical of vendor feed back threads. Usually they get closed when it gets out of hand, but we don't delete them as we want new members to find complaints and not hide them both good and bad.
