I agree 100% and never questioned the role the V6 cars play in providing the bulk of the income that allows the manufacturers to provide us with the more spirited versions of the model. I'll just never understand how anyone can get so excited about getting one.

Again, my comments were not directed at any one car or company. I just made an observation on how much things have changed in just the last 10-15 years and wonder how we got to that point as performance enthusiasts. I laugh when I hear folks talk about how good/powerful the exhaust note on a 4 or 6 cylinder sounds. If that kind of thing floats your boat, so be it. I'm just stating an opinion. I don't intend to nor do I expect for your opinion to change as a result of anything I have said.
