I think they lowered it to a 5.7

All ok. I was outside locking the car cover on my Baby

She was safe...

CBS News: SAN DIEGO, Calif. (CBS 8) - A magnitude 5.7 earthquake was felt in the San Diego area Wednesday afternoon.

The quake hit at about 4:53 p.m. and was centered about 13 miles north northwest of Borrego Springs.

I've been through hella' quakes since 1955, and I've loved 'em all, even the messy ones where all the junk jumps off the shelves, and the lights go out in the neighborhood.

If ya' can't dig on the forces of nature, pull up your panties and leave California to us natives.

This is the first time I have ever left a building. I was in my companies warehouse and thought the the AC was going to fall on my head.

I thought it was close to Fontana since we have had several small ones hit this area recently. glad my camaro was outside
