best deal ever?
what do you guys think?
walked into a ford dealership aiming to see if they had a new fiesta on the floor. they had the exact 2011 gt500 that i've been drooling over the idea of... my 2ss just tipped over 20k miles and i've had her for a year and a few days; LS3, rs package and white stripes on victory red. they offered me 33,100 for the car. i paid sticker at 35,835 a year ago. there's a 4 grand markup on the car but that's how it goes sometimes. what would you guys do? i love my car and all, but 540hp is nothing to not consider... |

how is a 4 grand mark up the "best deal ever"?
Or are you refering the trade in value.. The way I look at it, if you pay 4K over sticker then you might as well say you are getting 29K for your car. and paying sticker for the car. So if 29k for your car, and sticker for a 2011 GT500 is a good deal to you.. and you really want it,, then do it! No one should pay over sticker for the GT500 (IMO)- because every year they have left overs that they deeply discount to get rid of. They are GREAT cars, but a bit overpriced to begin with. So paying over sticker is alittle crazy.

hmmm interesting... maybe i go see if they have a 2ss and trade in my 1LT for the 2ss... LOL... and get an awesome deal ... love camaro too much to really go mustang now... its a heart thing...
