Looks like Jr.'s ready to race this year......about frikkin time!
I can't wait to see how he does this year, the whole race I figured he had a chance. He looked so damn fast out there, but kept getting jammed up. Anyway, nice fast aggressive move at the end to go for the win. Congrats to McMurray! One of the cooler guys in NASCAR!

Congratulations Jamie, He has always been one of the most decent drivers out there, you hardly ever hear him say anything bad about another driver...
Glad he was forced out of thos Roush Fords and into an Earnhardt-Ganassi Chevy.. Dale Jr.'s run from 10th to 2nd on the last lap was almost as good as Dale Sr's run in his last win at Talladega when he went from 17th to 1st on the last lap... Great job guys!

Actually it is pretty cool... We met Jamie at the Domino's display on a Saturday during the Michigan August race a couple of years ago. He actually invited my youngest son up on stage with him to participate in a pizza dough throwing competition.
He interviewed him a little in front of the crowd, but because of his shyness, he didn't say much. Then he gave him a shirt and hat, and signed them both.....THEN through in a box of Domino's Brownies  Needless to say - he was TOTALLY COOL with kids. Even though my son's favorite driver is Smoke, he really likes Jamie. At the time he didn't drive a Chevy, but now he does, and he likes him even more as a driver. The guy has a lot of class!
