New from East Tennessee. 2018 RS 2.0T Hyper Blue Metallic

1st Camaro for me. I've been a 2nd gen Pontiac F-body guy for over 40 years, though.

I'm bugdewde. ... because I'm also an old air-cooled VW guy (almost as long as a 2nd gen Pontiac Firebird/TA guy).
I'm also a motorcyclist (on/off road), Jeeper, Chevy Vega nut, Miata guy and .... well, ... let's just say I've done a lot of fun motorsports in
vehicles. Autocross, RallyCross, Time Trial races, Track days, etc .... though I've never been a fan of drag racing. Enough about me.

The car:
I bought this car from a friend's co-worker. I saw the car a little over a year ago and really liked it. I told the guy when he was done with it, let me know. Well, I bought it the 1st week of April ....

Getting my email verified & account activated took over a month!!!!
But I'm here. This car is all new to me, so I'll probably be asking some newbie questions that my searching can't find.... lol . I've been around forums for 25 years, so I'm not new to forums, just this platform.

As bought mods are:
- Catted down pipe.
- 17" Subaru Apex wheels
- (still have original parts).
- Tinted Windows
- A-pillar dual gauge pod (Boost & A/F ratio).

I've added:
- Husky trunk liner
- Off brand floor liners (like Husky/Weathertech).
- Folding shopping bag hangers in the trunk (Nissan/Audi type).
- Front lip (cheap ebay SLP style)
- 2.0T rear emblem to balance out the RS emblem.
- Cup holder, console, door cubby anti-slip mats.
- Console-to-Dash catch all trays that go under the A/C vents.
- Static cling window tint (removable) to the gauge pod gauge faces (too bright at night).

Soon to add:
- Color matched factory splash guards (on hand, install this week).
- Possibly additional flat style splash guards (if they'll fit with the molded OEM style guards, too).
- Possibly a cheap, ebay muffler delete, as the turbo is a pretty effective muffler it self.

OK .... that might be enough for now. Hey, it took over 5 weeks to get the ability to post. Stuff is piling up for a new-to-me toy.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!
