There is a small post near your Air Filter box that is for the ground... Welcome to the site...

Typically you never want to hook up the terminals, negative to negative on the batteries but opting for a metal contact on the vehicle. The negative post is there as mlee said and always connect the negative connections last and remove first once the jump as been completed.

Would be nice to have a little label there so peeps could find the jump spot in an emergency. Stickers, supplier tags, molded in symbols... all over the place under the hood, and they leave the emergency jump ground point unidentified. All my past vehicle had a GRND identifier near that remote post.

True... and it doesn't even look like a battery post. You have to relocate it when installing an ADM CAI. That's how I learned where it was...

It has a picture of where they are located in manual if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the pic, mtcwby! Even with my owner's manual, I still couldn't find it.

Where do you reinstall the post when installing an enclosed cai?

I need to unhook the battery so I can change the steering wheel with out the air bag deploying. Can I do this by unhooking the positive terminal only? I did this and the lights on the radio won't go out.
