Quickie question: Do these fit?
https://www.summitracing.com/parts/k...l/ss/year/2010
The car in my sig, plus 275/40 20's in a Conti DWS-06+. Apologies for asking, but it looks like it's the correct offset. |

Don't see a car in your sig, no sig at all. lol. But if you are looking at these in a 9.5 inch wide wheel they should be good. The stock rears were 9 inch wide on the RS and SS models with the 275/40's on them. The extra half inch will stretch out the sidewall a tad, but not that much, giving it a wider look to it. I wouldn't do 19's just because I don't think they look right for our Camaros. Makes the gap between the tire and fender look bigger. Just my thoughts.

I agree with you on the 19" wheel thing, it does indeed look a bit small unless you've got some tire sidewall to work with. I owned a few MN-12 Ford Thunderbirds which suffer from a similar problem: Ridiculous-sized wheel openings. With that car, nothing smaller than an 18" wheel is acceptable, as you can't get enough sidewall to fill the opening concerning anything smaller. And the poopy bit I've run across is that decent wheels begin to dry up after 19", so Tire Rack and related wheel retailers sort of have a bit of an empty wasteland once you hit 20" wheel diameters and this car. |
