That's awesome. There's a guy that I go to college with that drives a DeLorean everyday. I figured the parts for those would be rare...I guess not.

parts for the DMC cars are not rare, Delorean of Houston which is one of the last (if not THE last) Delorean dealers got all the parts inventory from the factory in Ireland. they also got some but not all of the tooling bits to make new parts. in fact you can buy a NEW Delorean, but it is not ALL new its about 80% new. they take a worn out tired car, strip it down to the frame, and refinish that than they build a NEW car out of all the OEM parts. you can even get things like better shocks/struts, more powerful engine etc too. I have ALWAYS wanted a DMC car even BEFORE i saw the film, it was a shot of Rocky sitting in one during a montage in Rocky II .
