I have a chance to practically steal a G8 GT.....

My friend bought a 09 G8 GT, all options (sport package, bluetooth, etc), but moonroof. Well, a couple months after he bought it he filed bankruptcy. He got a letter the other day, they are about to sell it for 17000 for some guy if they can't get 17500. it is so damned tempting, but I don't think I can swing 2 payments and I owe 16500 on my 07 Patriot. Ugh! So tempting to try though haha.

It's only a good deal if you need a car and have no trouble paying for it. If you think you would have a hard time paying for it then it's a source of frustration that I'm sure you will regret.

Oh yeah, I am not going for it, there is also the issue I am not sure how happy i would really be with it since I really want a Challenger, Camaro, or Mustang. i guess the best deal isn't eanything if you will regret ( and heck i have 2 reasons at least LOL).

17500 on a patriot! I paid right about 18k OTD for a brand new 09 liberty.

It was 18900 in May 08 when they were selling hot, it is a 4x4 with the 25e option package with was around 3k off sticker. One of the reasons I went with it at the time was because of fuel mileage, I average 26-27 MPG. Anywho I just think i would get tired of it quick. i love the G8 but there are other cars more desirable to me and I really want to see what the 11 model year brings for the 3 ponies.

The G8 GT is black.

Suh-WEET! It just needs to be Stryker Blue, wearing a new Commodore bodykit on it, with some new rims and a sweet Magnaflow dual exhaust!!
