Key Fob - convertible top

have a 2017 C7 Stingray, KeyFob will not operate the convertible top. have press the unlock button, then press & hold the top button, nothing happens. The button on the dash works, no problems there. Need help , thanks - John

You have 2 keyfobs. Do both of them have the same problem? If not change battery in one that does not work correctly.

Have you ever found the cause of the issue?

Try disconnecting your car's battery and see if it will reboot including the top control system.
