WHAts up wit Maryland speed wit my order?
I order 2in kook headers wit cats n a full borla atak exhaust for my 17 ZL1. It’s been almost 2 months have seen nothing or heard nothing. I call they give the run around. Is anyone having this problem wit Maryland speed ?

There are numerous reviews concerning them and I cannot find one that is positive. If it was on a card I’d try to get the money back ASAP

Call and ask for Brandon. Tell him you need your parts by Wednesday next week.. if he can't do that, then tell him you want a refund. If he can do it, they will accommodate. They get really good pricing direct from Kooks, but have to wait forever for it. OR he can also get parts from Normal wholesale distribution like Turn 14. But the pricing is higher. When pushed they will drop ship from Kooks also. Be respectfully firm on the phone with Brandon, and get the parts or money back give him 5 days for shipping. That's enough time.

Also Kooks website says they won't honor warranty on their product of bought via Maryland Speed, ouch.

Call them ASAP and get a refund. They are very notorious in every car platform crowd I am a part of in regards to taking forever to ship high dollar parts. They have amazing prices because they promise manufacturers they will sell in bulk. They will hold your order until they get a couple others lined up.
Get your money back now and do some better research next time.

Yup, horrible. They rushed me to place an order with them for an intake they claimed to be the first to have, so I ordered it and waited over a month for it. People that waited over 2 weeks and ordered it from other vendors got theirs before me.

They are being sued by the Maryland Attorney General's Office. Kooks will not sell directly to MS and will not honor any warranty claims on Kooks headers they sell. Do a charge back with your credit card company immediately. I ordered Headers/exhaust in March. Never delivered, just got lies. You can call Branden and demand a refund, but he will just make delivery promises that will never occur. Plenty of stories like yours on the internet Do a charge back on your credit card now. Do not wait!

This is what that scam artist Brandon does. He takes new orders and fills previous orders with your money. Waits on new orders to fill yours. Such a piece of shit. I bought a 2.9 Whipple from him and had to get my credit card company involved. The dude can talk for sure and make it seem like he's always the victim but I saw right through his bullshit and called my CC company anyways and got a refund.
Sucks because I previously had a couple orders through them years ago with no issues so I hadn't taken one side or another until now. |
