New to the 6th Gen Family

Well, we started out by buying a used 2015 ZL1 convertible last November and after issues with the warranty we traded into a new 2017 2SS convertible in Nightfall Grey Metallic. It has magnetic ride control, dual mode exhaust, black 5 spokes and the Nav upgrade. It was a tough decision to make the switch from the big horsepower but we are so much more happy with the new car with a full warranty. And honestly, without having really gotten on it due to break in, the car is no slouch. Anyway, I look forward to the discussions on this side of the fence.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

So this happened during the storms we had in Niceville today. Luckily it appears the branches fell to the ground and then were blown up against the front of the car. No dents that I can tell, going to have to get it dry and back out into good light to check for scratches.

Wow you lucked out! Great looking car, would have been a shame if it got landed on. Welcome to the site!

Thanks for the welcome. Turns out there are a few small dents and at least one substantial scratch, but it could have been much worse. Hope to get it repaired quickly so we can just enjoy it. I hate having to worry about repairs and such. If you all are anything like me, a bit obsessive about your car, you know it'll be sleepless nights until it's back in good form.

I wish! But $585 later she looks like new again! I'm telling you that paintless dent repair is some kind of black magic, the car looks like it never happened. I can rest easy again.
