Hi All, I was a member here a few years ago with my 2011 RS V6, I sold it in 2014 and have been driving a Honda Accord Coupe V6 for a few years. Today I just bought a 2017 50th Anniversary 2SS.

Going to be deciding if I install a catch can (mishimoto) or not.

Car will be delivered by flatbed from the dealer in the next week or so once roads are dry and Im home to receive it (middle of a snowy cold winter up here in Northern Ontario Canada).

So it will be in the garage covered up for a few months before I can drive it. Our roads here are snow packed right now so not Camaro v8 friendly in winter.

Welcome back and congrats on your golden anniversay model. What color ? Can't go wrong with a CC on a DI engine. Just be advised GM has voided power train warranty due to CC

Thanks, Its Gray with the orange 50th trim & stripes. I thought all the 50th models were the same colour.

re the Warranty, thats whats causing my hesitation, if I get one i need to ensure all the stock hoses can be retained and replaced if I need warranty work.

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

No need to jump into a catch can right off the bat. Wait till you get it broken in some and get some miles on it. Then you will feel better about the purchase, and then debate the catch can install.
