Code P0174 - Bank 2 system is too lean

I had this code pop up yesterday and i am trying to figure out the cause.
Mods are the following:

MSD intake
ARH 2" headers and high flow cats
E85 kit and tune

Could this be a intake leak, header leak or something else? Also, anyone in the Houston area have a HP tuners so i can get a data log?

Thanks

Vince could use a little help getting some logs on his car. I don't think this is tune related but I can't tell without seeing how both banks are behaving.

Is there anyone in his area that would be willing to help out?

Thanks!
Tim

i really want to start ruling things out today. I will post a video this evening to see if anyone thinks the car might have a exhaust leak. Maybe headers are tightened enough or the gaskets are leaking. Installer said he reused the stock gaskets from GM, not the ARH provided ones.

I will also get some intake manifold cleaner and spray around the intake and hoses to see if there is a rise in RPM.

I am not sure how i can tell if the MSD intake manifold it self might be causing issues.

I had same code, cleared it, tuner checked out the data logs, no problems. No codes since and I beat on my car daily.

It's likely loading up on fuel.

These would be at the front of the intake near the throttle body.

It looks like it was never installed on the last pic. A leak between the two halves would definitely cause a problem.

Are they overnighting them? There isn't much you can do (assuming this is the issue).

Pull one out and go to Lowes/Home Depot. Get a bolt that is same length /thread in the specialty section. Grab some washers.

I know this is old but I had the same code and it was a bad 02 on the drivers side. PO171 would indicate a bad o2 on the passengers side.
